The European Union Today: An Existential Crisis?
Being at its first edition, the Master Student’s International Conference – “The European Union Today: An Existential Crisis?” offers 3rd year students and master students the opportunity to make their opinions on the subject heard.
We therefore invite you to approach this topic from different perspectives, such as International Relations, Economics, Law and Social Studies, by writing papers and presenting your work during the conference, or even by participating in debates and getting the chance to interact with your peers in a stimulating academic environment.
The conference will have panels in English, German, French and Romanian, so as to encompass a large variety of works and opinions precisely meant to develop a clear vision on the perception of what the European Union is today.
The application deadline is January 15th 2017.
The participation fee is 100 RON=22 euros
The conference will be held during 2-4 March 2017. For the application procedure, you will only have to submit an abstract of 150-200 words and 5 keywords, along with the title of your contribution. Those accepted to participate will receive further details about the submission of the full paper. A selection of papers will be published in a conference e-book at the Faculty of European Studies’ publishing house EFES. On this note, the conference is a great opportunity for those taking their first steps towards a career in the academic area.
