Confirmation of place. Redistribution

The place in confirmed once the applicant signs and uploads the Learning Agreement onto the admission platform or sends it in a digital format as instructed by the Faculty, according to the admission calendar.
Failing to send/upload the Learning Agreement and to submit the original documents in the application file to the Secretariat in physical format by the beginning of the academic year leads to the loss of the place earned by contest.

 Confirmation period

July 2026 session

• July 21–26, 2026: confirmation of place by candidates admitted to state-funded places or those admitted to fee-paying places who wish to be considered for the redistribution of places on July 26, 2026. Candidates admitted on a fee-paying basis who confirm their place by July 26, 2026, must also tick the redistribution request if they wish to be redistributed to the budget.
• During the same period, candidates on the waiting list must tick the redistribution request. Otherwise, they will be eliminated from the competition.
• July 21–29, 2026: confirmation of places for candidates admitted to fee-paying places.

September 2026 session

• September 11–14, 2026: confirmation of place by candidates admitted to state-funded places or those admitted to fee-paying places who wish to be considered for the redistribution of places on September 14, 2026. Candidates admitted on a fee-paying basis who confirm their place by September 14, 2026, must also tick the redistribution request if they wish to be redistributed to the budget.
• During the same period, candidates on the waiting list must also tick the redistribution request. Otherwise, they will be eliminated from the competition.
• September 11–15, 2026, for candidates admitted to fee-paying places.
