Admission calendar – July 2025
| July 10 – 17 2025 | Application. On 17 July 2025, applications are accepted until 2 p.m. |
| 18 July 2025 | Publication of the list of registered candidates, sorted in ascending order by competition ID number. The list includes the competition ID number, specialization, candidate’s options (budget, fee, distance learning), the pass/fail grade for the motivation letter, the admission average, and the tiebreaker average. |
| 18 July – 19 July 2025 | -Reporting of errors and omissions by candidates (incorrect grades, incorrectly calculated averages, incorrect personal data). Any errors or omissions may be corrected ex officio by the admissions team. -Contesting the grade awarded for the content of the motivation letter. However, the result of the interview (oral test) cannot be contested. -Reporting errors and contesting the grade for the content of the motivation letter can be done until July 19, 2025, at 10 a.m. Reports of errors and appeals must be submitted online (E-mail: admitere.euro@ubbcluj.ro). |
